On some occasions we needed to ship items ahead of the normal lead times and they took care of this for us. I like the fact that on many of the profiles there are options for having them made in different material choices, such as TPE. We consider which material would best suit the customers site application which is vital in commercial kitchens where heavy use is a factor. You do pay slightly more which I have no problem with as the gaskets in the TPE range will last a lot longer than the standard materials.
